fastco recently reported a new typeface release sans fransisco (display and text) from apple, which appears to have been created with the new screen size demands in mind (apple watch)

there is also a link to download the font (may not work anymore), i thought the best comment under the article was the guy who posted:

Missed a giant opportunity not just naming it “Francisco Sans”
